INGREDIENTS
Fish – 1/2 kg
Rice flour – 1tbsp
Besan flour – 1/2 Tsp
Oil for shallow or deep fry
Salt to taste
MASALA FOR MARINATION
Onion – 1 small / Shallots – 4
Garlic – 2 pods
Fennel seeds – 1 Tsp
Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
Chilli powder – 1 1/2 Tsp
Coriander powder – 1Tsp
- Add all the ingredients under masala for marination to a blender and make a fine paste by adding a teaspoon of water or without any water.
- Add Finely chopped curry leaves,rice flour,besan flour and salt to masala paste. Mix it well.
- Marinate the fish using this masala. I used skin off salmon.
- Let it sit for 30 minutes and fry.
- Serve hot.
