SPICY CHICKEN
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken – 250 gm
- Onion – 1 Large
- Tomato – 1 Large
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 Tsp
- Green chillies – 1
- Chilli powder – 1 Tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 Tsp
- Garam Masala – 1/2 Tsp
- Pepper – 1/2 Tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
- Fennel seed – 1/2 Tsp
- Cinnamon – 1 Piece
- Cardamom – 1
- Cloves – 2
- Coriander leaves
- Lime juice – 1 Tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil
- Add 1 Tsp oil to a pan and turn the flame ON
- Add cardamom, clove, cinnamon, pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds and 2 Tbsp onions.

- Saute it well and make a paste by adding some water.
- Clean the chicken and marinate with curd.
- Take a pan add 2 Tbsp oil.
- When the oil is hot add fennel powder/fennel 1/2 Tsp.
- Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste.

- Saute it for a minute and add fine chopped onions.

- Add a pinch of salt and cook them until translucent.
- Now add tomatoes.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.Cook it on a medium flame.
- Add marinated chicken and 1/2 cup of water.
- Close the pan with a lid and cook it on a low flame for 10 minutes.
- Once the chicken is cooked add few drops of lime juice .
- Add coriander leaves and serve hot.
