INGREDIENTS
- Pasta – 1 cup
- Onion – 1 medium
- Mixed vegetables – 1 cup
- Soya sauce – 1 Tsp
- Tomato ketchup – 1 Tsp
- Chilli flakes / Paste – 1 Tsp
- Oil – 2 Tsp
- Mozzarella cheese greated – 1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
INGREDIENTS FOR WHITE SAUCE
- Butter – 2 Tbsp
- Maida/ All Purpose Flour – 2 Tsp
- Garlic – 1 Tsp fine chopped
- Nut meg powder – less than 1 pinch
- Milk – 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Add butter to a pan and turn the flame ON. Add garlic when butter is melted.
- Now add maida and mix it well and cook for a minute.
- Add warm milk to maida and mix it well. Add 1 half of the milk first, mix it without any lumps and then add the other half.
- Add nut meg and salt.
- Keep this aside and start boiling the pasta.
- Add pasta to a pan and add water.
- Add 1/2Tsp oil and some salt. Turn the flame ON
- Cook it on a medium high flame.
- When the pasta is cooked, drain the excess water and put it under running cold water for a minute. This helps you to get non sticky pasta.
- Add oil to a pan and saute onions, mixed vegetables.
- Add soya sauce,tomato ketchup and chilli paste.
- Mix it all well. Add salt ( Already we added salt to white sauce, pasta and going to top this with cheese. Add little salt only for vegetables).
- Add pasta and mix it well. Turn the flame off.
- Add pasta to white sauce and mix it all well.
PRE HEAT YOUR OVEN TO 180 DEGREE CELSIUS – FAN FORCED MODE
- Take a baking pan and transfer the pasta to it.
- Add the grated cheese on top.
- Bake it for 10 minutes.
