INGREDIENTS
- Mustard seeds – 1/2 Tsp
- Urad Dhal – 1/2 Tsp
- Onion – 1 large
- Tomato – 3
- Chilli powder – 1 Tbsp
- Salt to taste.
- Oil – 1 Tsp
- Heat the pan, add oil.
- When oil is hot add mustard seeds, urad dhal, finely chopped onions and tomatoes.
- Now add chilli powder and salt.
- Cover the pan with a lid or plate and cook it on a low flame for 10mins .
- Once the raw flavour of tomato and chilli powder is gone add some curry leaves and turn the flame off.
