KADAI PANEER
INGREDIENTS
- Paneer – 500gm
- Onion – 2 Medium
- Tomato – 2 Medium
- Capsicum – 1/2 cup
- Ginger Garlic paste – 1 Tsp
- Turmeri
- Chilli Powder – 2 Tsp
- Coriander Powder – 1 Tsp
- Kasoori Methi leaves – 1 Tbsp
- Cinnamon – 1 Piece
- cardamom – 1
- Cloves – 3
- Salt
- Oil
DRY ROASTING INGREDIENT ( KADAI MASALA)
- Cinnamon – 1 Piece
- Cardamom – 2
- Coriander seeds – 1 Tbsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2Tsp
- Pepper – 1 Tsp
- Red chilly – 2
- Take a pan, heat oil and add cinnamon , cardamom, cloves.
- Add finely chopped onions and a pich of salt. Saute it till the onions turn golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste. Saute it for a minute or two.
- Add chilli powder,Coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Mix well,add some water and cook it on a low flame.
- Dry roast the listed ingredients.
- Add the roasted ingredients to the blender and make a coarse powder.
- Add capsicum, kasoori methi and kadai masala powder to onion gravy and bring it to a boil.
- Add paneer. I added some more kadai masala at the end its optional.
