Ingredients
- Cinnamon - 1 inch piece
- Green chilli - 6
- Onion - 1 large
- GingerGarlic Paste - 1 Tsp
- Pudina - 1/2 Cup
- Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
- Peas - 3/4 cup
- Basmathi Rice - 2 Cups
- Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp
- Salt required
- Oil
- Add little oil to a pan and saute cinnamon,green chilli,mint leaves,coriander leaves. Saute for until leaves shrink.
- Now make fine paste.
- Take another pan, add oil and ghee.
- Add onions and a pinch of salt. toss it for a while.
- Once the onions are half done add ginger garlic paste.
- Add in green peas.
- Now add the mint paste and mix well.
- Add Garam masala and add required water.
- When the water starts to boil add rice.
- Add salt.
- When the rice is half done, close the pan with a lid and cook on a medium low flame for 20 mins
- Pudina pulav is ready to serve.
